Terms and Conditions

with my services I require a $15 USD deposit, which will always be deducted from you grand total. 

Understand, at the beginning of the design process I will provide you with an estimate but depending on the complexity of your request the base total or fee could change.

The forms of payment I take are:

I will always keep in contact with you through the design process, so please be readily available.

I will provide you with 2-3 different  designs (or options)  you can choose from based on your liking.

All and all, It should take about 2-7 day turnaround to receive your completed digital file..

Look for a wetransfer link in your email. Make sure you download all your files within 7 days or the link will expire. I am not able to resend another link to your f without receiving a resend fee of $10 USD.  I am sorry for any inconvenience that may bring.

I’d recommend you download all your files on a computer or labtop for the best quality, and you can transfer it over to your phone or other devices.
